By accessing or using Voxxpen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Voxxpen provides real-time audio transcription by capturing audio from browser tabs you explicitly choose to share. The Service is provided on a pay-per-use basis with limited free demos.

3. Payments & Refunds

Sessions are charged at the advertised price per session (currently €5.00). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Once a session token is issued, it is non-refundable if the session has been started. If you experience a technical failure before starting a session, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

4. Free Demo

Each user is entitled to a maximum of 2 free demo runs of up to 2 minutes each. Demo availability is determined by IP address and browser cookie. Voxxpen reserves the right to limit or revoke demo access in cases of abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to transcribe content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties;
  • Contains hate speech, threats, or content that promotes violence;
  • Is used for surveillance of individuals without their consent.

You are solely responsible for the audio content you choose to transcribe.

6. Privacy

Audio is transmitted to our server solely for transcription purposes and is not stored permanently. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and background noise. Voxxpen is not liable for errors in transcription output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxxpen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
